Les G. Jones, President and Chief Executive Officer
With over 27 years of experience in real estate development, Les Jones has served in many different capacities, from engineer to broker to strategic planner. His experience in the industry, coupled with a reputation for quality and hands-on involvement, has helped to make Akron Development Corporation what it is today.
Les has extensive experience in developing both residential and commercial projects up to 2 million square feet in size. His experience enables the company to produce quality projects on time and on budget.
Les is a licensed professional engineer in New York, California, Nevada, Virginia and the Province of Ontario in Canada. He also holds a real estate brokerage license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
With a Ph.D. from the London Institute of Science, Les holds patents in prefabricated concrete systems.
Jason L. Jones, Chief Operating Officer
Jason L. Jones organizes and oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. He provides hands-on management and is responsible for both marketing and selling the company’s developments.
Jason holds a B.A. degree from Florida Atlantic University.
